HajjaTel – eSIM Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions:

• “HajjaTel”: Refers to HajjaTel, the provider of eSIM services.
• “eSIM”: Refers to the embedded SIM card that allows mobile connectivity without a physical SIM.
• “Service”: Refers to the short-term eSIM data plans offered by HajjaTel for travelers.
• “User”: Refers to the individual who purchases and uses the HajjaTel Service.
• “Plan”: Refers to the specific data package purchased by the User, including data allowance and validity period.
• “Device”: Refers to the User’s eSIM-compatible mobile device.
• “Website”: Refers to the HajjaTel website where Plans are purchased.

2. Acceptance of Terms:

• “By purchasing and activating a HajjaTel eSIM Plan, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree with any part of these Terms, they must not use the Service.”  

3. Service Description:

• “HajjaTel provides short-term eSIM data Plans designed for travelers. These Plans offer mobile data connectivity within specified coverage areas for a limited validity period. Plan details, including data allowance, validity, and coverage, are provided on the Website at the time of purchase.”

4. User Responsibilities:

• “The User is responsible for:
  • Ensuring their Device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked.
  • Providing accurate and complete information during the purchase and activation process.
  • Using the Service in compliance with all applicable local and international laws.
  • Not using the Service for illegal or unauthorized activities.
  • Protecting their account credentials and preventing unauthorized access.
  • Understanding the coverage and limitations of the purchased Plan.”

5. Payment and Billing:

• “Payment for HajjaTel eSIM Plans is required at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through [Payment Gateway]. All prices are listed in [Currency]. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our refund policy, which is available on the Website. Due to the short term nature of our product, refunds are only available in very specific cases, such as proven service outage on our end.”

6. Activation and Usage:

• “eSIM activation instructions are provided upon purchase. The User is responsible for following these instructions. The Service is activated upon scanning the provided QR code or entering the activation code. Usage is limited to the data allowance and validity period of the purchased Plan. Any unused data expires at the end of the Plan’s validity.”

7. Data Usage and Fair Use Policy:

13. Limitation of Liability:
